NO TIE IN

Most agents have a 12 -14 week tie in term when you instruct them.

This means that if you were not happy after four weeks or so, you would still be stuck with them until the term ended.

The tie in term also protects the agent from other agents stealing their properties if they are not doing their job properly.

However at McKinlays we feel if the service is good enough why would you go any where else so we don't tie you in, and if you are not happy you are free to leave.

So all we ask for is 7 Days Notice and you are free to go.

ASKING PRICE ?

Because we do not tie you in at McKinlays, it also means we are honest from the

start when it comes to the asking price your property.

WE WILL NOT OVER PRICE YOUR HOME JUST TO GET IT ON THE MARKET WITH US.

Most people's belief is that an estate agent's job is just to market the property and introduce a buyer and that we do not do much else for our fee.

The marketing of a property is only a part of the service of what we and any agent does.

However at Mckinlays we feel that a true estate agents worth is in the negotiating, sales chasing and holding a sale together after you have accepted an offer and seeing it right through to a successful completion.
